Users may cancel their booking up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 30 minutes of pickup may result in partial or no refund, depending on the situation.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to show up without cancellation will lead to a full charge with no refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Exceptional Refunds

If the issue was caused from our side (vehicle breakdown, unavailability, etc.), full refunds or free rebooking options will be provided.
